post graduation after graduation in bioinformatics

I am in my secomd year of bachelors in bioinformatics.And now am really in a difficult situation regarding my masters.I dont intend to continue with bio related field.But i am not elgilble for MCA nor MTech because of biology in 12th science..
So only options open are one's like geoinformatics but not sure of their potential in matters of career..
I would really like to know the various field that i am applicable to...
